My name is Lupe Calderon, and I have over 20 yrs. experience in the Precision Sheet Metal Business. I can now speak from a position of knowledge and pride when discussing the period of advancement that DLT Manufacturing is currently experiencing.

 

When I became CEO of DLT Mfg. I had one goal in mind, “To establish DLT as one of the leading manufacturing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.” My company is always committed to providing the best quality workmanship, while having the fastest turn-around at a fair price. And due to the hard work of all the employees at DLT, we are exceeding our expectations.

 

DLT is breaking gender barriers by being one of the few woman-owned companies in this industry. Also, in the past year, we won our first international manufacturing competition in Japan. We always strive to be the best and to constantly find ways for our company to thrive and grow.

 

What can I attribute our success to? I think it comes down to two things:

 

• We are focused on modernizing our facilities with cutting edge equipment from renowned brands such as Amada without losing the touch of excellent human workmanship.

 

• We've taken more pride and more responsibility in building up our individual team members and have every employee trained in learning all of the new software packages.

 

At the end of the day, it really is about reinvesting in your company and in your team, which will in turn benefit our clients even more.
